ICAF 2011 has invited several groundbreaking foreign artists to the Netherlands to work with members of Dutch local communities.
To draw as much as we can from these exciting artists, ICAF 2011 has taken this opportunity to invite these artists to engage with topics and issues surrounding community arts.
